The boys headed to Vegas for Kyle's 18th birthday.

Of course the boys had to hit up Caesars Palace and eat at Cheesecake Factory before the night on the town.

They bought unlimited passes to the rides on the Stratosphere. Some of those rides are just crazy. They said it was a blast though. I'm glad they rode to their heart's content, so I don't have to go!

Halloween at DRA

Every year the Ranch throws a huge Halloween Party. The kids get to participate in activities all day. The employee's families get to come for the last part and play. Skye looks so forward to this!

A new tradition has been born. It was so much fun we have to do it every year. Next year, BIGGER! Here was this year's crew.

Robbie was the DJ for this awesome party. He made it so fun, calling people out for the games and just saying funny stuff, you know him.

Dan and Star set up this awesome backdrop so that when the couples walked in, they got their pic taken. We had the fog machine set up in the front to make it spooky.

Conference @ the Cabin

Nothing more relaxing than the traditional HUGE breakfast and Conference on Sunday morning....except all of that at the cabin! It was awesome! All of us together cooking breakfast, the chill outside, warmth in.

Saturday morning started with a ride on the rzrs up Sawtelle Mountain. We had to get bundled up because the peak is super high, and freezing cold!

Dav's favorite thing to do at the cabin. YIDE YIDE YIDE!!!

What's that show we watch all of the time? When Nature Attacks? He is crazy! He was seriously close. Yes this is a baby moose, but still bigger than him! I am sure mama was near.

Here we are at the top of Sawtelle. It is gorgeous up here. If you know what you are looking for, you could see anything forever! We didn't get many pictures of Skye because she stuck to Sadi like glue. We were so scared having our little crazies up there.

Last minute fishing trip. The boys ran out to the river right before we headed home to catch a few big dawgs. Nice work!

Lake Powell 2011

We finally got to Lake Powell this year. Why did we wait so long, it was such a blast. We were only there two nights, but so worth it! We went with our awesome friends, Steve and Oaklee Pulver. They were so much fun. The first night we got there, we set up camp in the dark. The next day we rode and rode till our hearts content. The boys tried to chum the fish everywhere we went with no luck.

We headed into the marina to get gas, and ran out 500 yards from the pump. Awesome, the boys had plenty of ideas of how we could get there. Steve suggested paddling. No paddles. Robbie said the boys could hop in the water and swim the boat over. Seriously? Robbie gave the key one last turn, and we chugged over to the pump. That was close.

Near the end of the day, we were headed back to camp, and Skye was riding the tube with Steve. We were putting back into our sweet spot, and they were goofing around. Steve had Skye on his shoulders, and they weren't holding on. They were both thinking they were pretty cool. Robbie said, "Watch this." Classic last words! Robbie gassed the boat, and Skye did a perfect back flip off of Steve's shoulders and landed right into the water! It couldn't have been more awesome! We laughed so hard. That night it was really hot. Robbie woke up in the night sweating, and Davyn was rolling around the tent like a bowling ball saying, "Hot, hot, hot." Robbie went out and got one of the spray bottles and just started spraying everyone down. I was passed out till I got soaked! Fun times. The next day we headed home. Robbie and I rode the AirChair one last time into the dock.

The first night we got there, I wanted to get a picture of the sunset. Robbie has a rule that we don't take nature pictures without someone in them. So, Skye was loving this photo shoot. It's so true, why would I have a bunch of pictures of just the mountains, when I could have this cute girl and the gorgeous sunset!

Davyn just HAD to get in on the action. I love that she does whatever Skye does in this case!

So, the first morning we woke up, Steve and Oaklee found this beauty in their tent's porch. So, not quite inside with them, but too close for comfort! I was freaking out cuz Robbie left our tent open all night. What if it came to our tent instead. I guess that's why we put the girls right in front of the door. :)

Steve and Oaklee volunteered to ride the tube with Skye because they are nice. She is crazy. The whole time she rides, she gives Robbie the thumbs up to go faster with the biggest grin on her face.

I love to ride the tube with Dav because it is a leisurely ride behind the boat. I ride no handed, which Skye thinks is pretty cool, and she gets to stand up. Too bad Dav is still scared stiff!

Skye had a Soccer game last Thursday, and scored a HAT TRICK! That's 3 goals! She was pumped out of her mind! She has milked the "3 prizes" to the max! We were super proud parents. Love you Skye!

I love this picture. What an awesome fluke! A couple of months ago, when Raider had just started smiling, and I was at Boulevard Home Furnishings picking out our flooring. Davyn was whining a ton, so, since she loves having her picture taken, I tried to distract her by taking a picture of her. This is what I got. I didn't even notice Raider till I got home and was showing Robbie the samples of flooring.

Today was a fun day. My girls played well together the whole time! Davyn didn't beat up Raider, and I was productive. I love these days. They are few and far between, but they make all of the days of fighting, whining, and crying worth it. I love my kids. These two were so content with 2 cookies, and milk in their teapots. It seriously lasted a whole hour. They did come in to fill up their teapots with water twice, but I would take that any day. In fact, we may do it again tomorrow!

This picture cracks me up. I can't look at it without picturing the part of Cinderella when Gus Gus is in the teacup and the stepmother is about to pour her tea in and the one dribble keeps coming down, and his belly sinks in. RANDOM.

OM Friggity friggin gosh! This boy cracks me up! He has seriously been spoiled. Just one funny thing I want to remember about him. So Robbie fed him a bottle tonight, and I discovered something hilarious. I hadn't noticed it till Robbie was feeding him, but when he eats, he has to be laying down in your arms so he can see your face. That's not all! If you aren't looking at him he gets irritated and cries. Really Dude??? I kind of like it :)

Our New House

We are building another house! I didn't take pictures as we built last time, so I wanted to really document it this time. I am so stoked to build this time. I have done some new things that I can't wait to see done. You probably feel, every time, like you've done it perfect this time, and I do. I think I did last time too though, and we changed a TON! So here is our lot just after we bought it. We had to bring in 100 truck loads of dirt just to make it level with the sidewalk.

Here it is after the added dirt and after we dug the footings. Each step is so exciting. You can see the shape and size of the house. It's starting!

We poured our cement on Thursday. The girls and I spent a lot of the day out there delivering breakfast and lunch to all of the awesome guys that helped us out. Thank heavens the lot next to us is prepped to build as well, so there is lots of dirt (out of the way) for the kids to play in. They loved it.

WooHoo the cement is done!! Every step is so exciting from here! We are obsessed, and go out there every day with the tape measure checking out how big each room will be, and imagine what it will look like. Today we even started planning out our yard.

Holy Cow! This girl is my current trial. She is lucky she is so dang CUTE! I was loving the peace and quiet this afternoon. I had turned on Bolt after nap-time, and I thought both of the girls were watching. NOPE! Dav was in my bathroom applying her makeup, and painting her toenails. Doing a pretty good job for a 1 year old I might add! She was so proud of herself when she came out to show me, how could I get mad? Besides, Skye had her turn as well. I wonder if Raider will follow in his sisters' footsteps!? Dad would KILL! Love your smile Davyn!

We went to Sand Hollow to do some boating, and guess who was there!?!

It was a way overcast day, so there was no one on the lake. They had the whole crew over on the beach. We went over and talked to them for a bit. They made sure that we knew not to tell anyone they were here. They have a show in Vegas Saturday, so they stopped here for a few days to do some shooting for the show. We watched them do a stunt on the beach later on in the day. Travis skimmed his motorcycle on the water for about 100 yards. It was pretty sweet! The pictures are rough because we were watching from the boat. Sweet video though. The boys were in heaven, and the dudes from Nitro Circus were pretty chill.

Back in December we went to Vegas with a bunch of friends! Let's be honest, we really just went down to eat at the CHEESECAKE FACTORY. After we were done eating we noticed a ton of commotion outside, so we went to check it out! It was the grand opening of the new H&M in Caesars Palace. It was an insane place! There were seriously circus people there. They were serving ice cream and drinks, and food! It really was crazy.

The other night I was painting Skye's nails. Davyn always likes to play with the basket of nail polish. We've never had any problems with that...until now. She wasn't being wild, or throwing them around or anything, and I'm not really sure how it happened, but all of the sudden, she was really rubbing her mouth and nose. She has had allergies, so I didn't think much of it. Then I saw it! She had nail polish all over her hands and was itching her nose! Somehow, the top had broken off of one of the bottles. These pictures are an after thought, so they don't show all of the fun! Her mouth and nose were all solid pink! It all came right off in the bath, and I would swear she planned it because she loves baths so much!

Sick Dav

I hate it so much when my kids are sick. Last week Skye had some weird bug where she threw up 4 times from 4 am till 9 am then she was done. Dav has thrown up once a day for the past 3 days. I always know it's coming because she won't eat her food (which is out of character for her) and then it comes about an hour later. She gets to take a bath, and then crashes instantly after. So sad.

So, crazy story. Last time we went to the cabin, we stayed in SLC before heading the rest of the way. We left our camera at the hotel. We called and they said they had it, so we told them we would pick it up on our way back through on Monday. We stopped in Monday night, and they said it was locked in the managers office. Ticked, we left. We called the next day, and they couldn't find our camera. We gave them a week to locate it, and they couldn't. They told us they were going to have to buy us a new camera. So, 2 months later, we got a new camera. They sent just the camera body. No charger, battery, or memory card. Lame, finally we got them to at least give us the battery. They have been terrible. Anyway, we got the battery Friday night, so Skye posed so we could test it out. Here she is Saturday morning hair/pj's and all. She makes the funniest/cutest faces for the camera. I'm lucky to get a smiling one!

Ok, and now for the AWESOME cake that DAD made! Yes, you read that right, Robbie made this cake! I cooked the cake, and he totally frosted the whole thing! He rocks!

So good right!? Guess all of those episodes of Cake Boss paid off!

Snow Canyon Caves 10-2-10

We went to the Snow Canyon Caves - all of us! It was quite the adventure lifting and lowering all of the kids into the opening. Once we were inside, it was a blast. It would have been even more fun if we had remembered to bring flashlights! Oops!

While we were all getting out, it started to downpour. We all rushed back, but had to snap one last picture of the beautiful Snow Canyon Mountains!

Davyn at 14 Months

Davster is my little TERROR!
I had it really good with Skye because she never got into anything.
Dav never doesn't get into things.
If I get after her for one thing, she doesn't mind the discipline, just crawls straight over to the next mess she is going to make. Makes me crazy.
Skye hated a little swat on the bum, and it doesn't even phase Dav.
Sheesh, what am I going to do?!?!
I am sure there will be pictures of her great messes to come.

Dav has the 4 teeth on top, 4 on bottom, PLUS 4 molars!

She is a teething machine.

Non-stop runny nose.

She hates a dirty diaper.

When I ask if she wants her diaper changed, she pulls at her pants.

Loves the bath.

When asked if she wants one she says, "ba." while pulling at her shirt.

No one can make her laugh like Skye.

She loves it when Skye tickles her feet, or blows on her belly.

My Cute Skye

Skye does cute things daily, but some I would be so sad if I didn't remember. Today was one of those days. This was actually between her and her dad. We have this Princess Cookbook, and she LOVES it! She asks to look at it all the time. Today I was making cookies, and she spied the book. She asked to look at it, and I said, "You need to look at it with Dad." I don't think Robbie has ever experienced 'the book' with her before. So they sat at the kitchen table, and she EXCITEDLY showed him recipe (picture) after recipe. More excited about each one than the last, if that's possible. After a few recipes, Robbie said he had to go to the bathroom. He went in, and seconds later, she was at the door telling him about the next recipe. She would tell him about it, and then put the book under the door so he could see the picture. Then she would pull it out and tell him about the next recipe, then under the door. Then, she slid the book under the door and said leave it right there, I have to go to the bathroom. :) After they were both done, she made him start back at the beginning and show him every one. Looks like I have a lot of work ahead of me for her next birthday!

Swimming 8-20-10

We went swimming for FHE and the girls loved it! We went to the Washington Community Center. What a blast. Dav loved this swing so much, I couldn't take her out. Skye went on the hydrotube over and over again! We need to go there more often!

Our 19 Week Ultrasound

When we went to the ultrasound to find out the gender of this baby we were pretty excited. Having 2 girls, we weren't getting our hopes of having a boy up. We were both counting on another girl. Our tech was looking around, and he was in weird positions, so we just kept looking. She held on one spot, and we both just looked at the screen. We both knew what we thought we saw, but just stared. Finally I said, "Is it a boy?" She said it was and Robbie jumped out of his chair and yelled, "It's a boy!" it was so cute! His little yell totally scared the tech. When I had my appointment with Dr. Lunt, a week later, he asked if Robbie had gotten over the excitement. I am so excited to be having a boy. I don't really talk about him because it is so weird. I am nervous to see how it changes the dynamic of our family. We all have a hard time saying the words brother, son, him, he, etc. they just sound out of place. In the morning Robbie says bye to his girls, what will he be saying soon? I don't know how/where to shop for a boy, girls are so easy, and I am a girl. Boy diapers? Really?!?! Don't know how to change 'em. Exciting times are ahead! Can't wait to meet him, and see which of his sisters he looks like. Still deciding on a name.

Bike Parade

In Pre-School they learned about transportation. They had a bike parade to show off the decorations they made for their bikes. Skye got this big bike 2 days before the parade, and did great! It was much bigger than most of the other bikes. She is so stinkin cute!

KILL COYOTES WITH OUR SNOWMOBILES...ssssshhhhh don't tell! They "accidentally" hit it with their snowmobiles. The first night we got there, not more than 10 minutes after unloading everything, the boys said, "We are just going to go gas up the snowmobiles for tomorrow." Innocent enough, they came home an hour later with their trophy. Probably had to gas up again first thing in the morning :) This is a seriously huge dog!

Turn on the Ipod and DANCE for hours....literally hours!

She is great, because I we do more fun things than we probably would have otherwise.

Skye loves to "stay up"

to her, that means watch tv till Mom and Dad go to bed.

We will be out till 10-11 or later, and when we get home and need to go to bed

she will be sad because we told her she could stay up.

She is such a party animal.

She likes to watch tv at night with us because she is a serious snuggler.

Hope she never grows out of it.

Loves to help out in the kitchen.

If I offer to have her help, she never turns me down.

She is getting really good at cleaning her room.

When I do laundry, I fold their stuff, and lay in a pile the things that need to be hung up

she takes care of it all!

I think she will be glad when Dav can help though.

For now she isn't complaining.

She is our movie buff.

You can quote a movie, and she can tell you what it's from.

Some of her favorite movies right now are Hook, Little Monsters, Never Ending Story 2

and The Labrynth.

Since she was little we have taken her to the theaters with us, so she is great.

When we ask her what she wants to do she will say,

"We could go to a movie, or play soccer, or go to the park"

Movie is always at the top of her list.

We saw Tangled for her birthday, and ever since, she talks about how she is going to

brush her hair all the time so she can have hair like Tangled. She talks about how when

she gets up in the morning she will be eating breakfast, and her hair will still be in her bed.

She seriously says some of the cutest things.

I need to be better about writing them down.

So, we signed the kids up for soccer. This is the first year we could. It was fun, frustrating, silly, embarrassing, and mostly just fun. They had a blast. I'm not sure much skill was acquired, but they thought they were pretty cool!

Ok, so the trip starts on a Thursday night at Midnight! We drive through the night to California. So, this is what everyone is doing at about 7:45 am. Mom don't kill me for posting this picture!

Valentines 2011

For Valentine's Day this year we rented a sweet Limo and rode all over town! We got dinner, but mostly just played in the limo while we drove around. I don't know if I've ever laughed as hard as I did that night! I wish we would have taken a picture of our driver BOB he was fabulous! We were all waiting for him to pick us up, and he drove right past. When he finally got there, he took a group picture of us at the beginning of the night outside of our limo. First I had to help him turn the camera around so it wasn't upside down, and then after the picture was 'taken' we checked it out, and there was no picture! He was a riot all night, missing several turns, and just making the Bob comments that he did! It really just made it that much more fun!

Don't worry, that's just Sparkling Cider! But we all acted like it had aLcOhOl.

You would think by this picture that it really was Champagne.

Baby Contest 2010

Since Skye won the baby Contest when she was this age, we figured it was only fair to give Dav a shot at the title! She stood on Robbie's hand just like Skye did and just smiled huge. It would have been fun to have them in the same outfit.

Halloween 2010

Never never again will I attempt to make all of our costumes! Ok, maybe if I start months in advance...but if I do that, I will change my mind (Robbie will change his) at least 3 times! I bought the fabric 3 weeks before Halloween. Started Robbie and Skye's on Thursday night. I forgot that Skye would be wearing hers to Pre-School on Friday, and Robbie to work. So Thursday night - all night, I was sewing. I literally sewed till 6 am. When I went to bed till 7am. I had to make 3 pair of pants for Robbie because the first pair drowned him, and the second pair made him look like "Chief Mooseknuckle" Is that appropriate? :) I made 2 dresses for Skye because the first one was too small. Wow, the whole measure twice cut once really hit home for me. And so they were done. I really liked them, but I wasn't about to make one for Davyn and me. I told Robbie we weren't dressing up. He said we had to, so I made our dresses super simple! It ended up being fun to SAY that I had made them, but it wasn't fun making them.

It's official, I can't make a serious face without looking furious!

We decided to go up to Brian Head and go snowboarding for our anniversary. It was such a blast to enjoy each other in the peace and quiet of nature. We laughed tons, and talked on the long chair rides. How fun.

So there was a litter of baby FAINTING GOATS born out at the ranch, and this little girl was the runt. I guess that most of the time, the runts die, so we got to nurse her back to health! The girls definitely had a love/hate relationship with her. Dav was totally brave about petting and kissing her, but when she would follow her around it freaked her out! Skye didn't like to touch her, but would run around the house with her and chase. What a fun experience for them!

Blitz 2010 Season

This year the St. George Blitz won the Championship. They compete against about 10 teams from Utah, and 2 from Idaho. They only lost one game the whole season. Robbie and Ricky lead the team in stats. Robbie played Reciever, Corner, and was on punt/kick return...among other things. That made it so awesome to watch because they were always on the field. It was so much fun going to the games each weekend. I guess they can't quite hang 'em up yet! I don't mind.

I am so sad that I didn't take more pictures while we were in Island Park!

Robbie's dad has been gone every week for the past year working on their cabin. They bought the property last October, drew up the plans, and went to work immediately. The hope was to have it done by the time Riley got home at the beginning of August. It wasn't complete, but holy cow. No wonder! This was the first time I saw it as well, and the sheer size and every intricate detail, it's amazing it's as close as it is! Ok, no, I don't have any pictures of it! Where was my camera? It was so much fun to surprise Riley though. He was in shock, as were the rest of us. More to come about the cabin...

While we were in Island Park, we stayed with some friends in their cabin, and rode the RzRs all weekend. What a blast! I can't get enough of them. We rode to the top of Two Top mountain, where the view was breathtaking, and very scary with our little kids. These pictures are pretty funny, because we drove in the back of our train ( 3 RzRs, a 4-wheeler, and a motorcycle). So let's just say that we ate some dust!

Day 5
Day 5 was such a blast! We spent the night in SLC, and went to Park City the next day. We headed straight to the Olympic Park, and rode the 2 ziplines. One was a good warm-up, and the second one is the steepest zipline west of the Mississippi. It was seriously so much fun! It is so gorgeous in Park City. It was a really fun atmosphere. Skye and Ryan got to ride the Alpine slide too. She thought it was such a blast. What an awesome end to an awesome vacation! Welcome Home Elder Dias!

So, this summer, Robbie built this totally awesome slip 'n' slide out at the ranch. It is about 30 ft. long, and launches you into the pond. Unless you are me, and then it just kind of spits you off the edge. He built it for the Summer Celebration for the kids to use, but it was deemed 'unsafe'. So, classic Robbie, he decides it's perfect for family night with a bunch of our friends! Luckily we all walked away with no serious injuries.

Yes, those are bleachers for all of the spectators.

I am going a lot faster than it looks. Trust me.

Of course, what kind of slip 'n' slide is it without trying a front flip?!?

First Day of Pre-School

I feel like a real mom! Today was the first day of pre-school for Skye. She has been so excited for so long. It was really fun waking up early and getting her ready. Maybe I'm heartless, but I wasn't sad! I was actually really excited. I know that she is going to love school. All of the coloring, projects, snacktime, toys and friends are right up her ally. I taught at the pre-school a year before last, so I know all about it, and it's great. That really helps with peace of mind when you are sending your first born off into the world to be educated by someone else! It went great, and she loved it. After school, I asked her what she learned, and she said, "We don't step on the toys!" She also said, "Miss Lori said, 'I'm a CRRAAAZY teacher.' isn't that funny mom that my teacher said that?" How would it be to be 3 again?

This night was so much fun! We started the night at Stari's thinking up all of the fun t-shirt ideas. Stacia and I knew what we were going to do, so we ran and got Durango's. We got back and realized that the theater had started seating people, and we hadn't even started! We just spent our time munching, laughing and... not working. So we hurried and whipped out these cute t-shirts quick. Next time we will take advantage, and turn this into two fun girl's nights! We made it to the theater and actually got to sit all together. It was so fun to discuss what we loved from the movie and the book.

Fourth of July Babes!

I love the 4th of July! Red, White, and Blue are my favorite colors together. This year we just partied. No other way to put it! Swimming Friday at our friends house, swimming and BBQ Saturday, Sunday chill, and Monday Swimming and BBQ with friends. Skye is such a good swimmer, she has been swimming without her floaties, and is loving it! She thinks she is so cool...and she is. We are so blessed to live in this country where we can just party :) No worries, and life is good!

After Davyn got tired of taking pictures we were going to go in the house, but Skye wasn't done! She doesn't usually like do pictures, but she was loving it today! Thank heavens she wanted more, because these all turned out darling.

Funny Story: So, Skye came in from playing in the back yard the other day and started this long excited story, you know the kind. It went something like this...I think:

Skye: Mom! There is a lizard outside inside a baseball bat!

Me: Yeah, I bet!?!?!?

Skye: I was outside and there was a baseball bat, and there is a lizard in it! You have to come see, it's crazy!

Me: (feeding Dav) Ok, just a minute (partially good intentions to come see what was so exciting)

Enter Amazing Dad

Skye: Dad! I was outside and there was a baseball bat, and there is a lizard in it! You have to come see, it's crazy!

Robbie: No way! Really? Lets go see it!

Ok, so it wasn't a baseball bat, but pretty darn exciting, especially for a 3 year old! Not alive by the way! Were guessing this poor guy was trying to get through the tennis racket (why would a lizard need to get through the racket?). When his belly wouldn't quite fit (lizards are chubby?). He pushed and pushed, but couldn't get through. I'm not sure if he died because he tore his stomach, or what, but holy cow that's sad.

Boogie Boarding in Cali

So for Robbie's birthday, being the PaRTy AniMal he is, all he wanted was for his friends to go to Cali boogie boarding with him. A bunch of the guys loaded up in this:

Yes, all 8 guys crammed in. Laughed, joked, and had a blast for 6 hours. They got to the hotel room in the wee hours, and slept. Sleeping in however wasn't an option the next morning, the waves wouldn't wait. They rode, and rode, and rode. They ate lunch, and rode... Oh, and don't forget the sunburns they were getting while they rode.

Lovin' the Mini's

We got these miniture horses at the ranch! Skye absolutely loves them. We got to go to the farm, and pick out which ones the ranch was going to buy. She loved them all! There was the cutest baby named Titan, that followed her around like a puppy, trying to get her to pet him. This is Paradise, she's prego! Their babies are only 18 inches tall!

After they rode the horses, they went fishing. I love this pic, but I love even more, that they are best buddies.

5 MONTHS!!!

Still think she's so stinkin cute! She's such a smiley baby!

She's getting to the durable age, and Skye is loving it.

Skye will "wrestle" her on the bed, hold her and talk to her.

They both love kisses, so it works out great.

Dav still loves to stand on Robbie's hand, gets excited every time, and just has a huge smile.

She is rolling from back to front like a champ. She would much rather be on her tummy than back,

so she doesn't roll to her back very often. When you put her on her back, she will immediately roll to her tummy and push up so she can look around.

Loves to sit in her Bumbo chair.

Loving rice cereal, in fact, she practically attacks the spoon, throwing her entire body at it!

If she can't get to it fast enough, she lets out a squeal.

I'm not sure I am ready to start fruits and veggies, probably going to hold off.

I can't believe my baby is getting so big.

I don't know if it is the rice cereal, or just that time, but she is finally sleeping through the night.

She eats at nine and sleeps till seven! 10 hours! I'm feeling like a new woman.

Everyone who sees Davyn tells us how much she looks like Robbie. I agree.

There are tons of pictures where she looks just like Skye, but they have different eyes.

She's getting super chunky thighs. They are so squeezable.

She's been grabbing at things for a few weeks now.

Now when everything she gets goes straight to her mouth. It's fun to watch the excitement in her eyes

when she latches right on to things. She's getting good! She totally plays with the toys in her swing.

We're not sure what personality she is. She's pretty mellow, which I love. We're leaning towards Red or White because she's so even tempered. Such a good baby. We knew right away that Skye was Blue, so we'll just keep watching.

Lovin' the heat!

So happy it's finally summertime!

We went to the splash park the other day. Skye loves it because it has the little splash pad, and it also has a huge park area. I seriously think she could play there all day! She loves to run through the water for a few minutes and then go over to the park till she gets hot, then do it all over again.

Davyn spent most of the time napping! Ah the joys of babies. She woke just in time to hang out for a minute, and head home to eat and have another nap!

I put Davyn in her swing while I was working on the computer which is just on the other side of the wall. A few minutes later I could hear her talking, but it sounded like she had a blanket over her mouth. I knew I hadn't put one on her, so I went to see if maybe Skye had. This is what I found...

I guess it's time to start strapping this sweetheart in her swing! She is officially rolling over. She would much rather be on her tummy than her back, also making diaper changing difficult! Loving it though, she is getting mobile, which is fun and sad at the same time. My baby isn't a newborn anymore.

We finally got a new washer and dryer! Robbie thought it would be a good idea to sell nearly everything with our house, including two sets of washer and dryers! We've had none for 2 months! I have a whole new attitude about doing laundry. So grateful for these fabulous machines!

You can’t see it very well, but there is the cutest baby elephant behind us! This was probably my favorite part.

This train ride was the most anticipated part of the day. Skye loved it, and we even got to sit in front of the conductor!

Skye thought the Rhinoceros was scary!

Every animal we would see, she would love it for 2 seconds, and then say, “let’s see another one.” She couldn’t get enough. We had such a fun day, and Skye can’t wait to go back. She asked the very next day if we were going to the zoo again!

Easter Ducky Drop!

This year we took the kiddos to the Ducky Drop! There were seriously tons of people there, and the kids were so excited they could hardly stand it! They played for a little while, and then it was time for the drop. They loaded tons of rubber duckies in the big bucket, and then dumped them out. Each child got one ducky, and that ducky had a number on the bottom that was associated with a prize. The prizes were pretty sweet, but the real fun was playing in the pool. Ryan and Skye have so much fun together.
